IMPORTANT — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document outlines the terms and conditions for the use of gift cards issued on behalf of retailers and businesses within theGiftTEK™ network. Once issued the gift card becomes the sole responsibility of the card holder and of the retailer and/or business name printed on the front of the gift card. GiftTEK™ facilitates the purchase and delivery of gift cards and maintains a record for both the gift card holder and the retailer and/or business name on the front of the gift card.

As a gift card holder you agree that the dollar amount available for use on the gift card is the amount available in the gift card account and limited only that amount. The gift card is not a credit card and cannot be used at any ATM or other forms of POS systems to acquire a cash withdrawal, and can only be used toward purchases at the location named on the front of the gift card.

AUTHORIZED USERS:

The gift card holder is responsible for the gift card and should treat it as cash. No refunds or any gift card will be replaced if lost or stolen, unless registered by the gift card holder. A replacement gift card will only be issued for the outstanding dollar balance remaining in the gift card account less an administration fee for processing and handling.

LOADING YOUR GIFT CARD:

Additional funds may be added to your gift card by logging into your account at www.GiftTEK.com.The gift card is reloadable and can be loaded by the card holder or the card purchaser once registered at www.GiftTEK.com or by visiting the location named on the front of the gift card.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

These will be determined by the location named on the front of the gift card as per their policy. GiftTEK™ in no way accepts any responsibility for the return and refund policy set out by the business or retailer named on the front of the gift card. All disputes are to be settled between the gift card holder and the location named on the front of the gift card.

GIFT CARD BALANCE:

Once registered you may obtain your gift card balance by logging into your account at www.GiftTEK.com or by visiting the location named on the front of your gift card or by calling toll free 1-877-319-4438

FEES:

Replacement gift card fee of $10.00

CONFIDENTIALITY:

All information to third parties will not be disclosed unless otherwise required by law.

GIFT CARD HOLDER LIABILITY:

In the event of a lost or stolen gift card, it is the gift card holder's responsibility to report the information.
